We process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, but we depend on availability from vendors. Orders are checked regularly; if something is running late, we will communicate to you by email at every step.

For returns, email for a call tag and return authorization. The purchaser is responsible for the cost to return the items to the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns if:
1) the light has been installed or used;
2) the product is not in the original box;
3) it was a custom, made-to-order item;
4) it was a sales item;
5) it’s not a Filament item;
6) you purchased 5 or more of the same item. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee (this is determined by the manufacturer).
